Wellington College is one of the UK’s — and indeed the world’s — great coeducational boarding and day schools. Rugby School is a co-educational independent boarding and day school. It is situated in the center of Rugby, with the buildings, including 13 boarding and two-day houses, concentrated close to School House, the historic center of the school. It is run by a charitable trust and administered by a governing body that oversees the work of the school. The school's previous inspection was a regulatory compliance inspection in January 2018. Since the previous inspection, a new headmaster has been appointed to allow his predecessor to become Executive headmaster of the Rugby School Group. A rolling program for the refurbishment of boarding houses has continued.

Hillside School is a small, structured, challenging academic environment for boys in grades 4-9. We have just added a day co-ed lower school (K-3). The school is intentionally kept small, offering a 7:1 student-faculty ratio so that the boys can get the most out of their academic experience.
