The Merdinian Armenian Evangelical School was founded in 1982. It is administered by an independent, non-profit corporation, Armenian Evangelical Schools of California, Inc. It is governed by a Board of Directors whose members represent the Armenian Missionary Association of America, the Armenian Evangelical Union of North America, the Armenian Evangelical Churches in the greater Los Angeles area, the school Parent-Teacher Organization, and the Armenian Evangelical community at large. The Frostig School is celebrating 60 years of excellence in educating children with learning disabilities in grades 1-12. The school offers a full range of academic and support services, which are targeted to children with learning disabilities (such as dyslexia and nonverbal learning difficulties), Asperger's and ADHD. It has WACS accreditation and all completed courses, credits and high school diplomas are recognized by the California Department of Education. All teachers are credentialed in learning disabilities and key subject areas, the fine arts or physical education, and there is a low student to teacher ratio (6:1). The Frostig School serves the areas of Los Angeles County and the San Gabriel Valley and offers student transportation.

Veritas Christian Academy was a classical Christian school that served families in the San Jose area from September of 2004 through June of 2011.

A religious atmosphere is maintained and fostered throughout the school, and in accordance with our philosophy, Religion receives special attention. Students take an active part in the celebration of weekly liturgies that commemorate religious holidays. The Sacramental Life of the students is nurtured through frequent opportunities for the reception of the Eucharist and the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Second grade students are prepared for the reception of these sacraments and eighth grade students are prepared to make their Confirmation.
