我们也有绿卡，儿子2007年4月生，7年级，想12月底1月初来长岛读书。家长明年不能长时间在美国，需要公立找寄宿，或者私立有住宿的。现在在备考小托福，老师估计能够达到840分以上，ssat来不及考，长岛有哪个私立好一些的？好像纽约市区的私立比较排名靠前，这样大概能够上什么样的私立？原问题请问我们移民已经通过，现在孩子（女孩12岁）处于小升初阶段，打算去美国读初中，私立中学可以插班吗？目标在长岛附近就读，是否有相关学校推荐和类似经历指点，谢谢		2019-09-25 13:48:37
