老师好。有几个问题想咨询一下各位专家。我女儿现在持有美国L2签证，即将在2020年7月初到期。她现在美国读12年级公立高中，已经得到美国某大学的offer。问题1：鉴于疫情考虑，能否在拿到学校I-20表格后用加拿大的旅游签证入境，在加拿大申请美国F1签证，然后再次入境美国入学？问题2：如果F1通过，L2是否同时失效？问题3：如果F1被拒签，能否持原来的L2签证入境美国？拒签后，多久可以再次申请F1签证？问题4：不得早于开学前30天入境的限制，是否适用于她这种多次以L2入境，但是首次以F1签证入境的case？问题5：如果不离开美国，想通过change of status的方式，从L2转换为F1身份，如果在开学前未能来得及转换，处于pending状态，会不会影响入学？会不会影响在美的合法居留？问题较多，非常感谢老师们回答！	7个回答	2020-04-29 20:29:39
