老师，您好！我女儿今年秋季开学美高12年级，于2016年12月以J2身份进入美国，此后一直没有离开过美国，签证已于2017年12月份到期，但是DS2018表格有效期到2019年12月份。现有两个疑问麻烦老师们解答一下哦！问题一，女儿持有的2019表格有效，那么她的身份就是合法的，请问是吗？问题二，想给女儿转成F1，但是在当前疫情时期，回国或去第三国转签都不可能，如果能拿到I20表格，不出美国的话，那在美国是不是合法停留呢？谢谢。	4个回答	2020-07-03 06:48:46
