请问老师，我是美本大一新生，计算机专业。想申请转学密歇根安娜堡，托福成绩111，大一上学期成绩全A，但密歇根要求我提交夏校课程（并非主专业课程，是经济学）成绩，因为是C+，所以不想提交，本新申请时就没有提交（也没有学校要求提交）。请问老师为什么转学反而要求提交夏校成绩了？有没有不提交的办法？如果必须提交会有什么影响？其他申请转的学校也会要求提交夏校成绩吗？谢谢您！
