请教一下各位：目前本人cs硕士在读，收到了一个fall 2024的full-time实习offer，但是学校不支持学期内full-time cpt，说我想保留学位和上课记录就必须休学（leave of absence），可是休学的话国际生办公室说现在这个学校的F-1会被取消然后必须15天内离境。我的问题是我可不可以直接transfer去day1 CPT学校然后再转学回来，最后多读一年毕业还可以拿OPT？这样只过去一个学期之后办h1b工签和绿卡会有什么具体的法律和入境风险呢？提前感谢大家！	6个回答	2024-08-15 22:03:42
