What makes the FindingSchool ranking unique?
The methodology takes an Asian family perspective and evaluates U.S. private schools using multiple dimensions. It places greater emphasis on academic performance and college matriculation outcomes, while also incorporating FindingSchool user reviews and other distinctive data to help Asian families better understand and compare schools based on their needs.
How are scores and rankings calculated?
Each data point is calculated using a relevant mathematical model and standardized based on the school's percentile position within the overall data distribution. A school's final ranking reflects its relative performance for that year, so scores and rankings may change as the underlying data changes.
