My husband and I both attended private schools in the area, and assumed our kids would attend one of those. Then, we visited The Pennington School, and our entire family felt so seen. Now, our two boys are there (a middle schooler and an upper schooler) and it is by far the best decision we've ever made. The boys are not only excited to be at school everyday, but they are passionate about what they're learning, the books they're reading, and the interactive ways the material is taught. The teachers, administrators, students, and parents, are just so unique, and there's something so incredibly magical about The Pennington School. It's such a gift to be a part of this community.

The Pennington School is filled in love, diversity, and respect. I am an international student who came from China, and I have participated in The Pennington Community two years. During these 2 years, I have learned a lot useful skills and abilities, and viewed various new things for me. I am a boarder in The Pennington School, teachers are literally my back up, they are the first one who support me, help me, when I face the problems. I believe this is why my parents were so willing to send me over from the other side of the earth to Pennington School without any hesitation. Since I came to The Pennington School, I can see a lot opportunities of trying new things and view various perspectives of studying, that literally built my critical thinkings and skills of put words into action. I show great fondness toward photography and teachers around the campus provide me with opportunities to take photos of our beautiful campus and the diversity in our community.

Pennington has been a spectacular experience for my two boys. They have had a great education, made wonderful friends from four continents, and connected with amazing mentors. The diversity of the international community has expanded their horizons and helped them build skills for working with peers from all backgrounds.

I genuinely cherished my time at Pennington from 2015 to 2020. The school truly feels like a family — the students are friendly, and the teachers are incredibly welcoming and supportive. During my years there, I built lifelong connections with both classmates and faculty members, which I continue to value deeply.

I’m especially value the outstanding leadership and academic opportunities Pennington provided. The school offers a wide variety of classes that not only support academic success but also encourage students to explore their passions and discover their individual interests.

As a long time faculty member who calls Pennington my home, I highly recommend this school for students looking to be met, seen, and understood as their unique selves. In the classrooms, dorms, in arts studios, stages, and practice rooms, on the fields and courts, and outside in our community gathering spaces, students are properly challenged to explore our world and become their best selves. The feeling of community is palpable as you walk through hallways, see people convening in the dining hall, rooting together at games or performances, or assembled around a discussion table or lab. Both of my own children were well-prepared for college and professional life by Pennington. Highly recommend!
