I commented before, I'm that anonymous user who advised everyone not to solely look at rankings. I've graduated a few years ago, and I'm coming back to add more details because what I wrote back then was too vague. My feelings about the school haven't changed. Even after graduating for so long, every time I think about high school, I still feel extremely angry and wronged. I can't represent all Chinese students, but I can say that at least a few Chinese students share this feeling. Seriously, seriously, do not come... Especially if you are an excellent student, once you arrive, people around your dorm will often persuade you not to study every day, but to play more with them. But the problem is, if these students themselves don't care about their own future, why should you waste your academic career with them just to fit in?? The job of the dorm teachers is just to ensure your safety; they won't care about your academics. They only care about completing their own work and won't care if you excel academically!!! Because which university you get into isn't linked to their job, they'd rather you play every day and waste your studies than strive for academic progress daily!!! Some school teachers also have opinions about China and will mock China with students!! In short, absolutely do not come!!! Previously, we made a last-minute decision to go out for Chinese New Year dinner and didn't inform the dorm supervisors, which resulted in everyone being kicked out of the dorm for a week! They wouldn't care where you could stay outside the dorm; many students in the US have no relatives to stay with at all, they are completely irresponsible! In short, absolutely, absolutely, absolutely do not come!! My grievances about this school are endless.

The campus tour felt average, including the teachers' classes. The academics here aren't as good as public schools in Silicon Valley. I felt there were quite a few Hispanic students. The advantage is that class sizes are very small. The school is in Woodside; the environment is very good but there isn't much commercial activity, no.

I've been staring at this question for a long time, and now I can finally answer it. I can't say too much here. Priory certainly has many good aspects; for instance, some teachers are very nice, and people will support you if you want to initiate something. However, if I could choose again, I would not come to Priory. There are many boarding schools much better than Priory, and rankings aren't everything. If possible, it's better not to come to Priory. Perhaps some Priory students might disagree with me, but I believe that people who are a good fit for Priory possess certain characteristics that most people might not. For most families, Priory is not suitable. Please trust me on this. Let me repeat: if you have other boarding school options, even slightly lower-ranked ones, please consider them carefully. Seriously, if you can avoid Priory, don't come. Take my advice.
