孩子有了一所学校offer，但还要坚持等心仪学校的转正。发了offer的学校的合同里写道：I acknowledge and understand that my obligation to pay tuition and fees for the full academic year is unconditional as of April 1, 2017 (or in the event I execute this Enrollment Agreement after April 1, 2017, upon school's acceptance of my executed Enrollment Agreement). 那是否意味着，我如果签了合同，且过了4月1号再申请放弃offer的话，是不是也要交全年的学费？谢谢！
我的合同中除了上述条款还有“学费保险”的选项，其中有这样的条款：“Withdrawal for other than medical reasons( examples include: moves, change of objective, financial hardship and voluntary withdrawals.) The plan will pay 70% of the unused yearly insured fees....",是不是意味着如果购买了保险，可以返还70%的学费？
