您好，Horace Mann School；The Harker School ；Trinity School； Noble & Greenough School；Cranbrook Schools都是不错的美国初中。

你好，美国好的初中有很多，有的是走读初高中K-12包含初中，有的是寄宿初高中的一直连着到12年级的，而类似Fay这样的是寄宿美初，这样的学校一共10所，如果仅考虑寄宿初中类似Fay这样类型的，还有Fessenden、Bement, Rumsey Hall 、Indian Mountain、Cardigan Mountain这些学校每年都有申请到前十的美高的学生，关于这些学校的信息，您可以在FS上搜一下做更多了解。

初中分类1. 全美可以寄宿的初中学校（特指到9年级结束的寄宿学校）只有11所，全部集中在东北部地区。

2. 寄宿初中可招收的国际住宿生生最低年级是4年级（North Country school）。
The Fessenden school，2018学年学校预计不会有中国学生名额开放。

3. 绝大部分美初学生都是在学校9年级毕业后进入寄宿高中的10年级，大部分优秀的寄宿高中都会专门为美初的孩子预留10年级名额。少部分极优秀的孩子也会在8年级结束后申请直接进入高中的 9 年级就读。

4. 部分美初和顶尖美高距离非常近，会共用一些体育场馆设施。
比如 Indian Mountain school 和 Hotchkiss school；
Bement school 和 Deerfield school;Fay school 和 St. Mark’s school;Rectory school 和 Pomfret school。

5. 一般 7 年级和 7 年级以下的申请者可以考托福 Junior 和 SSAT 的 Middle level，8 年级建议考托福和 SSAT 的 Middle level。

你说的寄宿初中吧？

除了Fay，男校：Fessenden，Eagle Brooks；混校：Rumsey Hall，Indian mountain， Bement。

都很好，也都很难进。
