Proof of Residency: Two proofs of residency are required. One of the following
Deed or Closing Paper.
Lease – Your child’s name must appear on the lease. If the child’s name is not on the lease, then a letter from the landlord or a contact name and number for the landlord is required to verify that the child resides at the leased district address. Please contact the Central Registrar (626-8001) if you do not have a lease.
Second proof of residency - one of the following is required:
Water, electric, gas, or welcome letter (Printouts from online accounts will be acceptable if they show the name, the address of the residence, and have a current date.)
Property tax bill
Home or rental insurance policy
Post Office change of address mailed to the new address
