感觉申请社会安全卡号应该会要一对文件吧，申请驾照还要一堆呢。这个链接应该会有用：http://www.ssa.gov/ssnumber/

最好还是预约一下吧，打个电话又不麻烦。

需要护照、I-94表，如果是H1B签证的话还需要I-797B表。
