对于"心理委员"这类角色,可以描述为:
Peer Counselor (同伴心理辅导员)
Organized workshops on mental health awareness (组织心理健康意识讲座)

其次，关于“班委”可以叫Class Committee Member，至于“心理委员”的确是国内的特色，在国外这样的title的确很少见，不过你要是想翻译的话，可以写“Mental Health Coordinator”，这样可能比较有助于招办的理解，你写counsel肯定是不精确的。
最后，还是回到经历的提炼上来，不是说你写的越多越好，我们需要重点看的是这个经历的含金量如何，还有你的这个title赋予你的角色，能让你contribute to the community，在哪些方面凸显出来，这个也是很重要的，所以不是盲目地列出来自己的title就加分，有些时候用的不好的话反而减分，还是需要统筹来看，包括你写的活动列表的顺序应该如何来编排，都是需要考虑的，不是简单地累加就可以的，重点是这段经历对你的影响和改变等等，这个才是招办老师重点想看到的。
