你好，你在申请高中时提交的成绩单，就是你现在学校的格式就可以，不要去修改，但是要翻译成英语。

Yes the transcript should reflect the year of the student and whether he/she is in an honors class or course. A equates to 90 and above, B equates to 80-90 and so on.

家长，您好。成绩单上一般要注明年级，不必注明班级。一般要注明A、B、C、D的百分比分数。
