Student needs to fill out their summer school applications which may include English essays and related teacher recommendations. PEA requires TOEFL but all 3 schools only accept students with good English skills otherwise the students will not learn anything or benefit from the program. Each school has different enrollment deadlines but generally applications should be available now.
