I would recommend Uber since all the information is recorded with the company. I’ve taken this many times and it is relatively safe.

谢谢Hung老师推荐，知道Uber可以租车自驾，但中国驾照在有些州不可以用，不知怎样办理有关手续……所以想到包车，请问您Uber有包车服务吗？就是带司机的车辆租赁单程送达。谢谢！

For the hourly rate or day rate, you may check on their website or on their phone app directly.

回复 @袋袋熊: You are most welcome. I think that if you want to rent a car, then you should rent from Budget, Alamo, Enterprise, or Avis. Uber is like “滴滴出行”, you should use it as taxi service. You should also get an international driver's license that you can get when you are still in China.
