这是我们一个送去的学生的感受：
“I love everything about studying at our school. One of the reasons is I had a great experience living in the dorm because there are students from 21 different countries. We live together and go on different activities on the weekends. It feels like a big family to me. Everyone loves and supports each other. It’s great to live in the dorms.” ~ Grace from China

学校老师对教学非常有热情，对学生非常投入，非常亲切和关心学生，愿意花时间耐心的全面的解释学生的任何疑问。——Sooryu 来自韩国
如今的Hyde School，150多人，中国学生少，师生比例低，大家彼此互相认识，老师友善，这里我特别想分享100多人学校的特殊感受，美国有很多人数不多的优秀Boarding School，比如 West Nottingham，White Mountain，等等，都只有130－160个学生，经过多次走访，交谈，学生的普遍反应都是超级好，老师多，学生少，受到更多照顾和学习机会，不用在吃饭的时候等太久，也不会因为学生多而排不上兴趣班，等等，人数少的学校中国家长真是不用担心，比例一定要看，只有面积不是过分的小，老师不少就没有问题，更重要的是看成绩，人少，说再多，也要看成绩，hyde SAT 50％1850以上，这足以说明问题啦！！
另外补充一点： 美国的走读学校数量太多，我们更多关注的是优秀的美国少量的寄宿学校，Boarding School, 美国只有300多一点是寄宿学校，非常少，是真正的私立寄宿高中，而不是现在很多Day School声称的有Boarding program, 很多Day School 因为知道boarding school学校少，要求高，很多人申请，就自己加了住宿变为Day and Boarding schoo, 这也不是真正的boarding school, 更有一些中介组织在day school 校外做国际留学生公寓称之为boarding, 都不是真正的boarding school. 我们说真正的boarding school是纯粹的学校自己产权自己安排学生入住校园内的寄宿高中，名字就是boarding school。
