请问有了解青岛的国际学校的吗？我们在青岛附近。网上搜到青岛的美制得国际学校有青岛第一国际学校和青岛MTI国际学校。我们孩子是美籍的，马上升4年级。打算5年级结束后读国际学校，然后9年级读美高。有哪位老师或者家长有了解这两所国际学校的的请说一下。多谢了。

不喜欢刷标化的孩子如何规划美高？ 男孩子，美国籍，马上升6年级（美制外籍子女学校），计划10年级转学去美国读高中。孩子的英语属于刚过学校ESL的水平。孩子是一般孩子，成绩较好，但是目前没有拿出手的课外活动。孩子不喜欢刷题，我也不建议孩子刷题。根据网上资料，不刷题的孩子，即使在纯英语的外籍子女学校读书，托福也就是80-100的水平。SAT不清楚。 我看了一下，根据这个托福分数，如果没有SAT，只能去较好的走读学校（50-100名？）。 这类学校的学术水平往往一般。比如说， 数学过了微积分BC后就没有后续课程了。我的计划是先申请到一个较好走读学校，读一年10年级。如果这个学校较好，对孩子支持，孩子容易交到朋友， 那就继续读下去。如果不满意， 就11年级转优质公立高中。 我发现，对于美籍的孩子来说，公立高中的学术资源甚至比一般私立学校强很多。原因是可以去大学修课。例如数学， 12年级甚至可以上矢量分析，偏微分方程等有研究生学分的课程（400+）。这类课程私立学校前10的都不一定能开出来。孩子如果不能申请到很好的私立学校，单从学术水平上来看，去优质公立学校比在一般的私立学校强很多。 我不太确信我门的初步规划是不是正确。希望有经验的发表一下意见。

计划明年秋天申请9年级读美高。预计托福80分。打算明年寒假去美国找几所走读学校看看。根据我们的要求，发现没几所学校符合要求。以下是我们的要求。希望老师们看看有什么问题。我们的预算有限，但是打算陪读。大概就是每年5万学费+房租。又不想去寒冷的缅因。所以只考虑中部。 1。 安全。我们希望学校开车10分钟内有安全的小镇可以居住。学校附近安全。 排除的学校：7 hill school, cincinnati county day school 等。本来觉得Cape Henry Collegiate School可以，但是我发现这个学校和一个比较差的公立高中近临，担心出现不安全事件。 2. 近几年不要有丑闻。 排除学校 columbus academy. 本来对这个学校最有兴趣的。孩子出生在哥伦布，我们对那里比较熟悉。 3。孩子打算读工程。我们对学校的数理课程比较重视。希望学校能提供多变量微积分+AP 物理+AP化学课程。 排除学校 Miller school of almable. 我门在夏村生活过，本来也考虑过这各学校。 4。排名无所谓，但是最好每年都有学生去藤校。

今年秋季申请，8升9。目前在一个纯英语授课的国际学校。6年级下学期从公立学校转过来的。7年级上学期英语B，下学期B-。预计8年级上学期英语是A。因为7年级英语老师给分很严，而8年级的老师和6年级的是同一个，很放水。其他成绩是A-或者A。活动不多。参加学校篮球和足球队。经过一周复习，上周考ISEE。V， R， Q， M Stanine 成绩分别为： 4，5，9，8。计划12月再考一次。预计成绩，4（5？），6，9，9。计划申请Kentucky county day school 之类中西部中等偏上学校。请问可能性多大？

不招收国际学生的走读高中有什么优缺点？联系了park tudor school，下月访校。感觉这个学校升学一直比较耀眼，比本州那个culver academies 还要好。但是因为不招收国际学生，录取容易一些。

缺学生的学校有多少能坚持宁缺毋滥？申请了一个中档学校，发现最近两年该校高中部9,10年级都招不满人。孩子托福70分，英语最近两年都是B-，8年级social study课是C，6,7年级social study是A-或者A。会因为成绩单成绩不好被拒吗？
