我的孩子已经在美国读10年级，当时是委托中介办理的，到学校看了以后很失望。最近开学了，孩子反应晚上同学很吵，音乐很响，和老师投诉了也没有改变。我想了解的是，是否住宿都会有这样的情况发生？如果像孩子这样的国际生在美国转学如何操作？另外，北加州尤里卡的St. Bernard's Catholic School 在美国算什么水平的一个学校，谢谢！
