我孩子今年准备8升9，孩子英语日常交流应该还是不错的，每年在国外参加夏令营住在寄宿家庭里，都能顺利沟通生活。但是因为准备时间仓促，托福成绩考的不高，70分左右。在学校里的成绩是中上水平。特长方面画画和小提琴，其中画画更擅长。孩子本人偏理科，想向物理方面发展，性格也是比较理性淡定的。能推荐一下比较适合的私立寄宿高中吗？谢谢。	6个回答	2015-09-15 15:07:00

这个学校我也研究过，是个异常庞大的学校，有1000多人，从幼儿园到12年级，走读为主，难以融入的原因是因为当地很多孩子是从幼儿园开始的发小，你是半路杀进去的外国人，要挤进圈子不易，歧视我倒觉得不会，因为佛罗里达也是个旅游胜地，当地人整体生活水平和素质还是可以的。因为当地孩子多，所以走向在州内很正常啊，申请本州的大学不是学费可以低一些吗原问题我家孩子刚拿到Bolles School的offer，就读十年级。请教一下去过这所学校或对它有了解的老师、家长和同学 1、学校的寄宿生比例比其他寄宿中学偏低，10-15%，这个对孩子参加校内活动有没有不利影响？ 2、据说在佛罗里达等南方州，华裔的地位还是比较低的，学生有没有可能会受到一定程度的歧视呢？ 3、从官方的SAT数据来看，Bolles School的平均分1800-1900，但毕业生的去向大多为本州内的大学，有什么内在原因吗？ 4、美国的节假日比较多，学校说会安排寄宿家庭帮孩子解决无处可去的问题，我觉得这一点很不错，哪位有过这样的经历，可以详细分享一下吗？学校要求二月底前交定位费，着急，盼回复！！		2016-02-25 10:49:57

这个学校国际生好像大多数是韩国人和中国人，连招生主任都是韩国人。原问题大家好！我儿子9申10，已面试3所学校，还有2所未面试，刚收到Redlands Christian School的offer，要求2月24日前缴纳押金6600刀，而且学费涨到55000多感觉小贵了，因为中介推荐的对这所学校也只了解大概情况，但不是最中意的学校，请大家给点意见作选择。感谢！		2016-02-22 12:49:45
