Suffield Academy

Going to Suffield for the last 4 years has truly helped shape me into the best version of myself. Throughout my time, I have learned that Suffield is a school that is deeply rooted in tradition and is a place that will push you academically and prepare you for life. The strong sense of community drives a work hard play hard environment in which support and success can always be found. Programs such as study hall, sit-down lunch and college counseling to name few, are a couple aspects of Suffield that make it special. Ultimately what makes Suffield such an amazing school is the environment provided. The encouragement to explores areas of academics, arts and athletics, clubs and responsibility have prepared me for college and beyond!

Going to Suffield for the last 4 years has been an amazing experience for me! The connection between day students and boarding students is unnoticeable! I had an amazing social life with a strong challenge in the classroom and on the field in my sports! Suffield taught me responsible and helped me gain confidence. This school has helped me grow the past 4 years and I have no doubt that it will help you!

Suffield Acadmey has been an integral asset in my education and personal development throughout high school. The community is so welcoming, and all the teachers are super supporting. The education is high level and athletic teams are very skilled. The food is also amazing.

Its emphasis on character education, extracurricular engagement, and global perspective makes it a well-rounded and enriching boarding school experience.

The academics are strong, the teachers are approachable, and there are many opportunities to get involved in clubs and student life. I also really appreciate the food, especially that they offer familiar options like miso soup and white rice, which makes campus life feel more comfortable and more like my second home.

I genuinely love this school because of how welcoming and supportive the community is. Since this was my first boarding school experience and I come from another country I was nervous at first, but everyone made me feel comfortable so quickly. It did not take long for this place to feel like home.
