CATS Academy Boston is a top-tier international boarding high school in Boston, USA, dedicated to offering world-class education and helping students gain admission to prestigious US universities.

Situated in Braintree, MA, one of America's oldest towns and the birthplace of several Founding Fathers, including Presidents John Adams and John Quincy Adams, and statesman John Hancock, it's known as the "Home of Presidents." Braintree is a safe, affluent white-collar suburb of Boston. The school is adjacent to a police station, ensuring a secure learning environment. Its location near the end of the Boston Metro Red Line makes it easily accessible, just 20-30 minutes from downtown Boston, with direct access to renowned institutions like Harvard and MIT.

As one of the few full-boarding high schools in Boston, CATS Academy Boston provides excellent boarding facilities within its campus. It features five dorms, including four single-occupancy and one double-occupancy building, offering 400 single rooms with private bathrooms and 50 double rooms with private bathrooms. Each floor has communal kitchens and lounges. Over $1 million has been invested in campus security, creating a comprehensive security system.

CATS Academy Boston's 22-acre campus includes 43 classrooms, 6 language labs, 6 wet science labs,3 dry science labs, 7 music rooms, 3 art studios, 1 "black box" theater, 1 business lab, and 1 fashion lab, etc. We offer US high school programs for grades 8-12 and PG, with options for mid-year enrollment and summer courses. Additionally, We provide over 21 AP courses, a rich array of electives, and various art courses, including fashion design, drama, dance, music, illustration, and photography, etc. Art and design courses are supported by teachers from the School of Visual Arts and Rhode Island School of Design, offering comprehensive guidance from learning to university application.

The school caters to diverse student needs with CATS Extra, ESL, dual-credit university courses, SAT prep courses, and more. With 89% of teachers being highly qualified and experienced in teaching international students.

Academics, Arts, and Athletics are three pillars of CATS Academy Boston. We offer STEAM Enriched Programs and has set up Arts Academy, Basketball Academy and Hockey Academy. We provide advanced facilities, including university-standard science labs and an innovation lab equipped with iMacs, 3D printers, Adobe software, and other production tools, allowing students to bring their ideas to reality. After-school clubs like Astronomy, Science, and Robotics, as well as participation in regional and National Math Competitions, exchange programs, professional lectures, and Tech Fairs, enhance students' practical skills. Notably, our students have excelled in multiple STEAM competitions, reaching the Massachusetts final of the Robotics Tech Challenge and winning design awards in 2024 and 2025, and claiming three Physics Olympiad trophies in 2023 and two championships in 2025.

CSVPA Boston Arts Academy:
Our Arts Academy boasts first-class art studio facilities, including fashion, music, and art studios, and a black-box theater, allowing students to explore their interests in art, design, music, or drama. In recent years, Chinese students have progressed to prestigious art institutions such as Berklee College of Music, University of the Arts London, Parsons School of Design, Rhode Island School of Design, and School of Visual Arts.

Hockey Academy:
Our Hockey Academy features U15, U16, and U18 teams, with the U16 and U18 teams ranked 16th in the US in 2024. In international competitions, a Chinese hockey student Canaan participated in the 2024 U18 World Ice Hockey Championship, helping the Chinese team successfully win the championship and advance to a higher group. Caden Wee from Hong Kong, China, represented the Hong Kong team in the 2024 U18 Ice Hockey World Championship, helping the Hong Kong team win the championship and advance to a higher group.
Additionally, Hockey students have received offers from top universities like Dartmouth College, University of Toronto, New York University, Williams College, and University of Wisconsin, etc.

Basketball Academy:
Our Basketball Academy provides students with comprehensive and professional training alongside excellent academics. CATS Academy Boston National team is now ranked number 3 in the country by the National Prep Computer Rankings in the 2024-2025 season. And our basketball players have garnered significant attention from US media. In 2025, a basketball student received a scholarship offer from Stanford University. Another student was named Gatorade Massachusetts Boys Basketball Player of the Year for two consecutive years and NEPSAC Class AA Player of the Year. We also have a standout player who represented Brazil in the FIBA Basketball World Cup's U16 Championship 2023.

CATS Academy Boston boasts a 100% university placement rate, with graduates receiving an average of six university offers and over $19 million in scholarships in the past decade. In the past few years, two students have been admitted to MIT. Since 2024, several students have gained admission to top-tier universities, including UPenn, Brown University, Dartmouth College, NYU, Williams College, the University of Toronto, and the Berkeley College of Music, etc. In 2025, one student received a scholarship offer from Stanford University.
