我儿子目前在国内高中国际班读高二，托福83，没有考SAT或SSAT。感觉除了应试英语学不到其他东西，想今年秋季到美国读高中，几种方案：1、交换生重读11年级再转私校读12年级；2、私校从11年级读起；3、交换生直接读12年级；4、留在国内读完高中。很想听您的意见。以他的成绩现在美东地区还有什么较好的走读私校选择？其他地区也可。费用一年4万美元左右。纠结啊！希望能在自己能力内给孩子最好的。谢谢！

各位专家老师和前辈家长们，我儿子今年8升9，T97，S2145，80%，性格安静，偏文科。收到了Lake Forest的录取。关于LFA的ESL课程，我有些疑问，如果孩子需要一个学期甚至两个学期上ESL，会不会影响他毕业和升学呢？每个学校的ESL都是这种形式吗？我们现在还在等其他学校，OES 和George。

To Whom It May Concern, I come from China, And I have a daughter named Qiwen,Hu and her friend Yu,Niu, they are currently attending your school NMH summer session in American, they really have a great time, thanks for giving us this opportunity, here is another situation, they've already passed the SLEP,with Qiwen,Hu scored 61 and Yu,Niu scored 67, and they haven't taken the TOEFL or SAT test. They are going to attend Grade 9 in September, 2012 in China, So I want to know, under this circumstance, Are they qualified to apply for your school of Grade 9 in the fall of 2013? English: NMH school document requires student entering summer school to receive meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine or meningococcal conjugate vaccine. What kind of vaccine is it? Does Chinese student typically have taken before in China based on your experience? Thanks. Chinese: 麻省的夏校NMH，文件说他们州里有个免疫针的规定，要求过去5年内打过meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine, 或者任何时候 打过meningococcal conjugate vaccine, 两者打过一种就可以，请问这是什么疫苗啊， 我们国内的孩子以前的防疫针中有包含吗？ 谢谢了。

Hi, Metta, I am a freshman in Trinity-Pawling School in NY. And I am looking forward to applying a better school next year. I want to apply for grade 10 (class of 2016, which means I will repeat sophomore year) or grade 11 (class of 2015) of your school. I am an well-rounded student with average 90 grades. Base on my circumstances, what tests (ssat,psat,sat) do you recommend me to take? and which grade (10 or 11) do you recommend me to apply for?

Hi Metta, thanks for your help! I have two follow-up questions regarding summer session. A) The visa: some people say that F1 is not a must for ESL Program. Students could attend the program with a visitor visa, i.e. B1/B2. Is that true? If so, do you issue documents for B1/B2 visa?
