“I live in NYC and my kids are in private at a top girls’ school. Trinity and Dalton are definitely ranked higher than Riverdale - the first two are considered” top tier” and Riverdale is “second tier”. Trinity is probably the hardest to get into of all 3 and is the academic/pressure cooker. Dalton is a little more progressive and while also intense academically it’s not quite as bad. Riverdale has a beautiful campus outside of the city but your kids are on a bus starting in K.”
